Warranty/Return Policy

"Fabrication and material deposits may be canceled, refunded and/or exchanged prior to any material being cut or specialty parts having been ordered. Cut material or fabricated items are nonrefundable once work has commenced.

DeLand Metal Craft Co. (DMC) warranties that all materials furnished by DMC and services will be free from defective workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation and/or pick up from DMC facility unless otherwise stated.

Should any defect develop during the 12 month warranty period due to improper materials or DMC workmanship, the same shall upon written notice by Owner, be made good by the DMC at no expense to the Owner. The warranty does not extend to work or items that have been abused or neglected.
